Ramsons have developed a special-purpose machine to do the French Seam stitching operation without any pucker and with ease and which boosts productivity up by 100% The machine is ergonomically designed in a vertical format thereby saving valuable floor space in the stitching area.

The design also ensures operator ease and comfort to execute the French seam operation on the most delicate fabrics, especially in the fashion area of woman’s wear. Conventionally, such operations earlier on involved 2 and more workstations in the stitching area beside an inline parts ironing station which is now eliminated.
