Description

• Variable speed inverter drive with 6-40rpm for Washing and 80-100rpm for PRE-EXTRACTION. The garments while unloading will not have much water, hence easier to handle also, the washing area will be dry and clean.
• Specially designed basket with heavy-duty wedges for long life on denim pumice stone washing and external water barrier for automatic water sprinkling effect.
• Water sprinkler reduces the liquor ratio and improved the wash effect. Hence great saving in water and better productivity.
• No additional pump and filter unit, Saves power and no need of regular cleaning filter unit.
• Easy maintenance of the external water barrier. It can be easily accessed from the top opening for inspection and maintenance.
• The programmer has USB port where the programs can be copied to other machines and also they can be stored in PC to be used when required.
• The machine has all safety interlocks like motor overload, a door limit switch to stop the drum rotation when sample port is opened, sensor to ensure the door is not opened when filled with water over door level.
