This machine is designed for washing and pre-extracting garments. It has a variable speed inverter drive that allows for 6-40rpm for washing and 80-100rpm for pre-extraction. This ensures that the garments are unloaded with minimal water, making them easier to handle and keeping the washing area clean and dry.

The machine is equipped with a microprocessor-based programmer that controls different cycles of the dyeing program, such as timing, temperature, and dosing. It can store up to 99 different programs, each with 100 steps, and has manual override capabilities. The control panel can also be fitted with an air conditioner for use in areas with high ambient temperatures. The programmer includes a USB port that allows programs to be copied to other machines or stored on a PC for later use.

The machine has two pneumatically operated valves for water inlet, with an additional inlet for fresh, hot, or recycled water. It features a compact European design with a geared motor, a reduced footprint, and increased loading capacity. The single reduction belt drive ensures lower power consumption and easy maintenance.

The machine is driven by a reduction pulley system with a gear box for efficient and smooth drive, using WEDGE belts of SPC section to reduce slippage. The basket is fixed to a heavy forged flange shaft mounted on a heavy-duty plumber block and bearing of SKF make. The gland housing has four Viton seals in addition to Teflon gland packing.

The machine frame is shot blasted and painted with polyurethane coating. The sides are covered with FRP molded panels that are maintenance-free and ensure a long life. The machine is equipped with a PH testing port and sampling port on the main door, and the sample door has an LED light to see the wash process.

The machine is also provided with hydraulic-operated tilting for easy unloading and can be fitted with an optional stone separator, which can be mounted on the door opening. This saves time and labor by allowing stones to be unloaded separately into a trolley after a stone wash.

The machine has all necessary safety interlocks, including motor overload protection, a door limit switch to stop drum rotation when the sample port is opened, and a sensor to ensure the door is not opened when filled with water above the door level. It is also supplied with an efficient water flow meter to ensure exact water quantity, which is controlled by the programmer, and a visual level indicator to check the water liquor level during the process.
